1. Latch present in the hook.       

  








2. Over hoist limit switch is installed in the crane.   

                                     


3.SLI is installed and Load chart is displayed in the cabin.    
                                                                             




4. There are no hydraulic leaks.                 



5. Front and reverse horn are functioning.   




6. Back view mirrors are installed inside and outside the cabin. 


7. Tyres are in good condition and no bolts are missing.












8. Slings are free from damages, Damage not more than 10% in wire ropes, Wire ropes are swaged












9. Boom and outriggers are in smooth working condition, no bolts and pins are missing.
10. Copy of operator details, License, TPI certificate are displayed on the cabin glass
11. A) Insurance - B) Third Party Inspection/Testing Certificate(TPI) - C) Operator license(Heavy Vehicle) -

 Hot Work:-  Means any activity that generates heat, flame, and/or sparks that could potentially cause a fire incident. Such may include welding, grinding, gas-cutting, pipe brazing, etc. Welding & Gas Cutting:- A.  Welding and gas cutting operations should be done only by qualified and authorized persons and as per IS Specifications and Code of Practice. B.    Welding and gas cutting should not be carried out in places where flammable or combustible materials are kept and where there is danger of explosion due to presence of gaseous mixtures. C.
